The Site is a public information site about NewToken and Offgrid. It does not provide accounts, downloads, or a hosted AI service. Content is for general information and does not create a license, warranty, or contract for software or services unless confirmed in a separate written agreement.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the Site, probe or attack infrastructure, scrape content in a way that impairs service, or misrepresent your identity when contacting us.

Intellectual property

No warranty

The Site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current. Descriptions of Offgrid are informational and may change.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NewToken is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Our total liability for claims relating to the Site is limited to fifty US dollars.
