NewToken (“we,” “us”) operates newtoken.ai. This policy covers the public website only. Offgrid software you run yourself is not a NewToken-hosted service and is not covered here.

Information we collect

Information you provide

If you email [email protected], you provide whatever you put in that message — typically a name, address, and content. That mail is ordinary email.

Technical information

Our servers and network providers may log standard request data such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamps for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.

Analytics

We run first-party analytics (Matomo) on api.newtoken.ai to understand which pages are used. This is not an advertising network. We do not sell analytics data. You can block the tracker in your browser; the Site still works.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad pixels. Analytics may set a first-party cookie or similar identifier so repeat visits are counted once. Your browser may also store its own local preferences. Font files are requested from Google Fonts; Google may log those requests under its own policies. Blocking third-party fonts falls back to system type.

How we use information

We do not sell personal information. We do not run accounts or process payment on this Site.

Sharing

We may share information with hosting, DNS, or email providers who help operate the Site, or when required by law. We do not share inquiry content for advertising.

Retention

Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations. Email is kept as long as a conversation remains useful. Analytics aggregates are kept to see long-term use of the Site.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, or to object to certain processing. Contact [email protected]. We will respond as required by applicable law.
